- About Course:
1. The American Heart Association approved BLS course will train
students to recognize several life-threatening emergencies, use
professional CPR techniques, early use AED, effect use of
ventilations and barrier devices, team resuscitation, and relief of
foreign-body airway obstructions for adults and infants.
2. This course is designed for healthcare professionals and other
personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other
cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety on in-facility and
prehospital settings. Students will be issued a card indicating that
they have met AHA course requirements and have successfully
completed the course. - Attendance:
1. Students are required to complete all courses in their entirety to
meet the standards of completion. Students shall not receive
status of completion if they do not. All students are asked to
arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time to be
properly signed in.
